In this guide you’ll learn how to create an eBook for your site.

How to write an eBook

Decide on a topic

The first thing to do is decide what you will write your eBook on. It needs to be relevant to your site to ensure that it fits with your audience, otherwise you will limit the amount of people interested in buying it.

To help you decide on a topic, consider what you know well and what you can easily write about. You don’t need to be an expert – you simply need to know more about the topic than the person reading the eBook.

Write a draft

When you’ve decided on a topic, write a draft. Decide on chapter names and how you will layout your eBook. Generally an eBook can be anywhere from about 40 to 200 pages, but many eBooks have more or less pages.

Write the e-Book

When you’ve created a structure and have drafted the eBook, write the eBook in full. Decide whether you want to include some additional pages like important disclaimers, a thank you page and exercises for readers to complete.
